The vote is in for this week’s Chowdown Showdown Champion as voted on by Grayslake, Lake Forest-Lake Bluff and Libertyville Patch readers, who they think has the best burger.

And the winner is —drumroll please — Bulldogs Grill in Wauconda.

Congrats Bulldogs Grill! Bulldogs Grill garnered 580 votes over the other finalists -  Mickey Finn’s in Libertyville, which pulled in 128 votes and The Lantern in Lake Forest, which had 46 votes. Overall, 754 votes were cast.

Since it happens to be Saturday and a date night for many, you can show this week’s winner some love by heading out for a delicious burger.
