Crawl For The Kids June 23
Downtown Grayslake pub crawl is a night on the town for a good cause.
Live music, drink specials and a good cause. Mix it all together and you get the third annual Crawl for the Kids. The event takes place beginning at 8 p.m. tonight, Saturday, June 23.
Organizer Brendan Rafferty said there will be prize raffles and 50/50 drawings. There will also be a prize awarded to the girl in the most creative/decorated/bedazzled T-shirt. Custom T-shirts were pre-ordered. At the event, people can purchase a wristband from Abel's for a $10 donation.
The Crawl for the Kids raises money for the Daniel Barry Memorial skate park in Grayslake. Over 215 people are expected to attend.
The crawl begins at Rudy's Mexican Grill. There will be lunch, dinner and tequila specials for anyone in the Crawl T-shirt from noon to 7:30 p.m.
