D127 seeks community input through a survey. They have a AAA bond rating, balanced budget for 9 years, and are rarely in the headlines.
D46 shuts out community input through the cancelation of the finance committee. They have a negative bond rating with no capacity to borrow, and tried to pass a deficit budget. Headlines are weekly.
Time for change in D46. Start from the top: Correll and Kasprzyk, it's time to go.
