Foremost Liquors Robbed at Gunpoint Tuesday Night

Grayslake Police said two suspects armed with handguns robbed the Foremost Liquors on Route 45 Tuesday night. The suspects have not been located.

 

Grayslake Police are looking for two suspects who they say robbed the Foremost Liquors at 145 S. Route 45 at gunpoint last night.

Police Chief Phil Perlini said the armed robbery occurred at 8:21 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2. There were no shots fired and there were no injuries.

The suspects robbed the Foremost Liquors of an undisclosed amount of cash then fled northbound on foot, said police. The suspects were not located.

Police said the two male, black suspects were in their late teens and dressed in black hoodies. Both were armed with handguns. There were no customers in the store at the time of the incident, said police, but there were a few witnesses in the area.

The Daily Herald reported Foremost Liquors was also robbed at gunpoint last Halloween.
