The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
Battery
Christina A. Broussard, 18, of 1455 Auburn Lane, Gurnee, was charged Sept. 19 with simple battery and disorderly conduct at 80 E. Aspen Circle. She was released on a notice to appear in court Oct. 17.
Karazyna M. Baniel, 18, of 80 Aspen Circle, Hainesville, was charged Sept. 19 with simple battery and disorderly conduct at 80 E. Aspen Circle. She was released on a notice to appear in court Oct. 17.
Disorderly conduct
Rachel E. Kahn, 18, of 226 Lexington Lane, Grayslake, was charged Sept. 19 with disorderly conduct at 80 E. Aspen Circle. She was released on a notice to appear in court Oct. 17.
DUI
Igor Maslennikov, 55, of 3 Cherry Hill Circle, Hawthorn Woods, was charged Sept. 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended/revoked license following a crash at W. Route 120 and Belle Court. He was also charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, operating an uninsured vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol and failure to properly adjust and fasten a seat belt. He was released on a $3,000 I-bond pending an Oct. 16 court date.
Judy A. Decker, 62, of 5835 Crain St., Morton Grove, was charged Sept. 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol and having a blood-alcohol content of .08 or more at W. Route 120 and Sears Boulevard. She also charged with making an improper left turn, failure to signal when required, making an improper signal and not having a rear registration plate light. She was released on a $3,000 I-bond pending a Nov. 20 court date.
Aaron M. Schultz, 20, of 185 Fieldstone Dr., Grayslake, was charged Sept. 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol, criminal damage to state property less than $500 and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at 1277 Berkshire Lane. He was also charged with failure to give information after striking an unattended vehicle or other property and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released on a $1,000 I-bond pending an Oct. 23 court date.
Resisting arrest
Quintin O. McLean, 22, of 1429 Regency Lane, Grayslake, was charged Sept. 21 with resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer at 1275 N. Route 83. He was released on a $120 I-bond pending an Oct. 17 court date.
