The No. 3 seeded Grayslake North Knights (8-1) won their division for the first time in school history, and are geared up for the playoffs. They have home field advantage for the first round game against No. 14 seeded Niles Notre Dame (5-4).
Patch will be liveblogging from the stands during the game at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26 at Grayslake North High School, 1925 N. Route 83, Grayslake.
If you cannot make it to the game, but don't want to miss out on the action, Patch has got you covered. Just click on this space starting at 7 p.m. and we'll have live play by play commentary from sports fan and local resident Glenn Sagendorph. Local Editor Angela Sykora and I will be interacting with fans throughout the entire game.
Join us! You can cheer on your favorite players, question a call by the officials or ask for the updates you want. You will feel as though you are in the stands, from the comfort of your own living room.
If you just want to follow along with the coverage without jumping into the comment stream, that is OK too. You can just watch. But it is much more fun to type in a comment and interact with other fans.
See you here tonight! Share this link with all your friends, alumni and relatives. The more voices, the better. Go Knights!

The final score was Notre Dame Dons-46, Knights-27. It was a wonderful season for the hard-playing Knights and they should be proud of what they accomplished. Check back with Patch Monday for a game photo gallery.
