The community is invited to attend a presentation from noon to 12:45 p.m. in room C005 (C Wing Auditorium). CLC President Jerry Weber will introduce White, who will speak about the state’s organ registry and the importance of organ donation.
Diane Rarick, CLC Public Relations and Marketing, will also be one of the speakers. "When my brother died in 1994, my family chose to donate his organs. When I told this to the organizer of the event, she asked me to share my story."
Donor registry staff members will provide information and sign up organ donors from noon to 2 p.m. in the Lower Level C Wing. White’s visit will also include a private lunch with CLC staff and students and a campus tour.

The event is being sponsored by three CLC student groups: Black Student Union, Latino Alliance and Student Government Association.
