What Should Go Here?
The vacant restaurant at the corner of Center Street and Route 83 could host a great potential of businesses, according to the site’s broker.
The building at the corner of Center Street and Route 83 has been sitting empty for eight months. It's previous tenant, Jack’s Pizzeria and Burgers closed following suspicions of drug distribution.
Matt Baines of Interstate Realty, which is the broker for the property, said they have had interest from several different business owners. “We have had a local sandwich shop, a Mexican restaurant from the city, even a national gas station chain has considered it,” Baines said. “But, we don’t have any deals yet.”
