Rep. Sam Yingling Jobs and Economic Advisory Advisory Panel
HAINESVILLE, IL – State Rep. Sam Yingling (D-Grayslake) will listen to his constituents’ thoughts on strengthening the local economy and creating jobs, next month, at a meeting of his Jobs and Economic Development Advisory Panel.
“In order to create jobs and improve the business climate, Illinois needs a new way forward,” Yingling said. “I want to talk with the people I represent about some of my ideas for working with job creators and improving our local economy, but more importantly I want to hear directly from the business owners, local leaders and community members I represent so I can make their voices heard in Springfield.”
Yingling’s Jobs and Economic Development Advisory Panel will meet on Wednesday, February 13, from noon until 1 p.m. in Yingling’s constituent service office, located at 20 W. North Street, in Hainesville. Attendees are encouraged to bring a lunch. Yingling will discuss legislation he is sponsoring to help local businesses and create jobs, as well as listen to ideas for new legislation and policies from business owners, economic development experts, and community members. This meeting is free and open to the public.
“Getting people back to work, helping small businesses succeed, and making Illinois a better place to do business are issues affecting our community and our entire state,” Yingling said. “I want to begin addressing these challenges by bringing people together, listening to a wide variety of opinions from the people I represent, and discussing our ideas.”
