+The Illinois State Dental Society and its Foundation is working with Collaborative Underserved Relief & Education Network (CURE Network) to provide free dental services to uninsured and underinsured individuals and families, as well as free vision and medical services at the Lake County Illinois Fairgrounds, 1060 E. Peterson Road, Grayslake, IL on both Friday, June 8 and Saturday, June 9, 2012 beginning at 5:00 am each day and lasting until all persons attending have been served.  For more information on the event contact ISDS at (217) 525-1406 or 1-800-475-4737.  For additional information contact the Fairgrounds at 1-847-680-7200.
