'Glow Worm' has a Bright Personality

Looking for a new pet? Save-A-Pet can help.

I've had a rough start to my young life.

Found in a box on the side of the road when I was only 3 months old, I was a very scared little girl. So forgive me if I need to spend some time getting to know you before I let you see my sweet side…actually it doesn’t take that long. I love being petted and will roll around at your feet to show you how happy I am. A belly rub will really get an enthusiastic purr. When my friends are nearby, I will stand at the door and give a cute little squeak of happiness.

Today may be a celebration day: lots of laughter and purrs, people clamoring and the news spreading like fire around the adoption center. Did you hear it, did you hear it? Somebody super nice is adopting Glow Worm. She is getting a family and will find out what being in a home is all about. I get along great with other cats, and will wash and kiss them sometimes so your cat will be happy to have a feline friend too. I am on a special diet of C/D food but any other cat could eat this food too. Come and meet me and I'll tell you the story of how I got my name…and of course the whole adoption center is waiting to meet that wonderful family too. I’m told that my adoption fee will even be waived so my new family can get lots of treats and toys and maybe a couple of kitty beds for my feline sibling(s) and me.

She is about 4 ½ years old, spayed, up-to-date on routine shots (incl. rabies), tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia and microchipped.

Don’t forget all her friends at http://www.saveapetil.org/, all waiting for their own shower of love.

Yeah. For all we pay in taxes, the least they can do is stop the rain.
