Grayslake Giving Trees Can Be Seen at Museum Through Saturday

Have you voted on your favorite tree yet?

Guests still have until Saturday afternoon to vote for their favorite Grayslake Giving Tree at the Grayslake Heritage Center & Museum.

The Grayslake Giving Trees were decorated by local non-profit and community organizations. They can be seen—and voted on—from noon to 4 p.m. Dec. 27 and 28 at the museum, located at 164 Hawley St.

People can vote for their favorite trees with their dollars, according to a press release from the museum, and the proceeds will be split among the participating groups and the Grayslake Historical Society.

"The winning organization will keep 100 percent of the proceeds collected for its tree," according to the press release. The winning organization will be announced at 2 p.m. Dec. 30 at the museum.
