Heritage Center and Museum to Host "Barns of Lake County" Program

The Grayslake Historical Society will host a "Barns of Lake County" program at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 9 at the Grayslake Heritage Center and Museum, 164 Hawley St.
The free program will be presented by historian and author Nancy Burgess Schumm. "Barns of Lake County" ties in with the Heritage Center's "Farms: Seeds of Our Community" exhibit.
Refreshments will be served during the program.
The Heritage Center and Museum is open from noon to 4 p.m. Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
