Lake County Twins Compete on "The Amazing Race"
Jamil and Idries Abdur-Rahman are competing on the CBS show this season.
Twin Lake County doctors are contestants on CBS’s The Amazing Race this season.
Idries and Jamil Abdur-Rahman, 36, are competing to win $1 million in the show where teams of two race around the globe searching for clues and competing in challenges.
The brothers are both OB/GYNs at Vista Health System’s medical campus in Lindenhurst and New Family Center at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan, the Daily Herald reports. Jamil will soon be moving his family to Barrington, while Idries is in the process of moving his family to Grayslake.
