Learn About Pioneer Farming at the Grayslake Heritage Center & Museum

The program will be held at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 15.

The Grayslake Heritage Center & Museum will be hosting a lecture by author and historian Nancy Schumm about pioneer farming on Wednesday, Jan. 15 at 7:30 p.m. 

Learn about early farming, as practiced by the first generation of settlers in the area. Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore the limited engagement exhibition, Farms: Seeds of our Community, which will run through Jan. 25.
