Community Corner

Share Memories, Reminisce about Town

The Grayslake Heritage Center is hosting a discussion about former businesses in Grayslake.

Bring your memories and take part in reminiscing about the former restaurants, farm stands and grocery stores in Grayslake.

Do you remember Bob’s Bend, Pat’s Pizza, Country Squire, the A & P, Pesters, Halls, Parkway Foods, National Tea, the Deli, Titus’ Farm Stand, Pratsers, Bart’s Barbecue, Johnny D's, the Village Ranch, Maxwells, Electra, Rasmussens or others?

Help the Grayslake Historical Society preserve the past Saturday, August 25 at 10:00 AM in the Community Room of the Grayslake Heritage Center and Museum, 164 Hawley Street in Grayslake. The discussion is free of charge and open to anyone who wishes to contribute, or just listen.
