In honor of the 150th anniversary of the Civil War, actress Lynn Rymarz will portray Sarah Emma Edmonds, soldier, nurse and Union spy during the Civil War. Learn about how Sarah ran away from her home in Canada to start a new life in America and answered the first call from President Lincoln for volunteer soldiers. Historical photographs from the Civil War will be used to tell her story.
If it rains, the performance will be held in the Heritage Center's Community Room.
