The Grayslake Heritage Center and Historical Society is holding an Open House for visitors to view the museum's galleries, enjoy light refreshments during a reception for the new Executive Director and take pictures with Santa and the turn-of-the-century sleigh. Kids will be able to make paper chains to help decorate the museum tree.
The new exhibit, Embracing Change: The Growth of Grayslake, explores Grayslake's rich history from its origin to today will be open for all visitors.
