Ping-Pong Rep Yingling Style

April 2009, Avon Forward Slate headed by Yingling looses his Highway Commissioner Candidate Tom Brust to Pat Anderson in the Consolidated Election.
January 2010, Yingling's Administration hires Tom Brust's (the guy who lost the election) wife Cindy Brust in the Assessor's Office.
February 2010, Mrs. Brust is fired and immediately hired by Yingling to work in the food pantry.
August 2010, Yingling's minions appoint Tom Brust to Highway Commissioner after Pat Anderson retires.  Mrs. Brust resigns to avoid the appearance of duping the tax-payers.
December 2012, Yingling resigns and tells his minions to appoint his Clerk, Lisa Rusch to Supervisor.  
April 2013, ooops he did it again, Tom Brust looses the election.
May 2013, Tom Brust's term expires. Can you guess what happens next?  Come on...look at the subject of this blog.
