And The Chowdown Showdown Champion Is ...
Readers have decided which is the best Asian restaurant in northern Lake County. See who won.
The results are in for this week’s Chowdown Showdown Champion as voted on by Grayslake, Lake Forest-Lake Bluff and Libertyville Patch readers, as to which restaurant they think offers the best Asian food.
And the winner is — drumroll please — Kawa Japanese Restaurant at 100 South Atkinson Road in Grayslake.
Congrats to Kawa! Overall, Kawa received 46 percent of the votes cast, Green Basil in Vernon Hills received 37 percent and Sushi Joon in Mundelein received 15 percent.
