How Do You Become a Licensed Realtor?

The state of Illinois requires 90 hours of pre-licensing to be eligible to take the state test and apply for a  license.  When you become licensed, you must take an additional 30 hours of post licensing by your first re-newel period. The classes are available at several locations, I teach the pre-licensing courses.  This is a very interesting course, just for the information you gain related to your own real estate.  Your home is usually your biggest financial investment and it is surprising how little many people know about it.
