ComEd Gets Help to Turn Power Back On

More than 350,000 ComEd customers remained without power on Tuesday morning after the strong storms July 11.

ComEd has been working around the clock to restore power to Chicagoland residents who are still in the dark after the July 11 storms.

By Tuesday morning, the company had restored power to nearly 400,000 customers; 367,000 were still without electricity this morning.

A ComEd spokesperson said they are working diligently to get the problem fixed, but it could take days before everyone's power is back on.
