Missing Mundelein Teen Found Safe

A Mundelein High School sophomore who went missing from a University of Illinois at Chicago soccer camp Sunday was found unharmed by police Monday night.

A Mundelein teen reported missing from a soccer camp at the University of Illinois at Chicago was located unharmed on Monday, reported the Mundelein Review.

Paulina Scedrinaite, a 16-year-old sophomore at Mundelein High School, went missing from the soccer camp Sunday. Her family had not heard from her since she was dropped off at practice, according to the Mundelein Review. A surveillance camera showed the teen leaving the building at about 6:11 p.m.

Scedrinaite was spotted in downtown Chicago by a police officer Monday night, reported the Daily Herald. No foul play is suspected.
