Like ribs? Like to try different flavors? Then the Downtown Rib Throwdown is for you! Visit Downtown Grayslake on September 15 to try a variety of ribs to suit everyone. Live music and ribs go on sale to the public at 11am-$1.00 a Rib!
This year for 2013 we are continuing tradition with “Two Classes”. We will have a “Wet” Class for those that want to smother their ribs with love and then we also have a “Dry” Class for those that are all about smoke and spice. Each class will consist of teams that can cook 20+ slabs of ribs and are looking to take on the world…but still have fun doing it.
Registration Fee is $150 per team and includes Ribs Cooking/Setup starts @ 5:00 am. Everyone welcome!
