The General Speed and Agility Camp is designed for kids at any skill level looking to improve their current athletic performance. Exercises are designed to improve overall quickness, strength, speed, and agility. There will be a concentration on footwork, legs and core strength. Other focuses include:

- Lateral Quickness
- Agility
- Form Running
- Acceleration
- Balance
- Reaction
- Confidence
This program will improve overall athletic performance to place athletes in the best possible position to succeed.
