Come out and Frolic with the Grayslake Running club! Our Fall Frolic is the ONLY race in Lake County to offer Zumtri technology. You can relive your race results as we transform your chip-timing results from the Fall Frolic 5K Run/Walk and provide you with post-race animation of YOU progressing through the 5K course. Join us at our inaugural 5K Run/Walk and 1/4 mile Kids Dash. Enjoy a walk or run around the scenic neighborhood of The Manor and through beautiful Central Park.

The race begins and ends at Central Park near the aquatic center; 250 Library Lane

Same Day Registration is available on day of event from 7:30 am to 8:45 am Same day registration is $35.00 (run/walk) and $15.00 for Kids Dash There is no guarantee of t-shirt on same day registration. Shirts are guaranteed to the first 300 participants. Checks can be made out to Grayslake Running Club.

1PM to 7PM at Grayslake Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy & Wellness, 997 N Corporate Circle, Grayslake

9AM-12AM and from 1-4PM at Northwestern Grayslake Outpatient Center, 1475 E. Belvidere Road, Main Entrance Lobby

Same-day packet pickup will be available from 7:30 am to 8:45 am before the race.

Overall Male & Female Finishers - Top 3 in each gender/age category Unique age categories for kids: 10 & under, 11-12, 13-14 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 & older

All participants in the Kids Dash will receive a sling goody bag, bib, refreshments, a finisher’s ribbon, tattoo, rainbow loom bracelet, and a treat from Something’s Brewing. Goody bag is guaranteed to the first 60 kids.

The course is USATF certified. The course is flat and fast as well as stroller/wagon friendly for the walkers. Please visit the race site for a course map.

Plenty of free parking will be available near the aquatic center. You are encouraged to walk, run, cycle or car-pool to the event.

Enjoy a free pre & post-race block party with food & entertainment! Special musical guest appearance by the band, King by Friday. A DJ will also get you pumped and ready for your walk or run.

T-Shirts will be available to the first 300 registrants. REQUESTED SHIRT SIZE IS NOT GUARANTEED.
