Come out and Frolic with the Grayslake Running Club! Our Fall Frolic is the ONLY race in Lake County to offer Zumtri technology. You can relive your race results as we transform your chip-timing results from the Fall Frolic 5K Run/Walk and provide you with post-race animation of YOU progressing through the 5K course. Join us at our inaugural 5K Run/Walk and 1/4 mile Kids Dash. Enjoy a walk or run around the scenic neighborhood of The Manor and through beautiful Central Park.

5K Run begins at 9:00 AM
5K Walk begins at 9:05 AM

Same Day Registration is available on day of event from 7:30 am to 8:45 am. Same day registration is $35.00 (run/walk) and $15.00 for Kids Dash. There is no guarantee of t-shirt on same day registration. Shirts are guaranteed to the first 300 participants. Checks can be made out to Grayslake Running Club.
