In the Mirror: A Celebration of… YOU!
Join the Prairie Circle Unitarian
Universalist Congregation and David Bozek for this worship service focused what
we, as spiritual beings, forget—about ourselves and about our relationships to
each other, to our Creator, and to our REAL lives. That is, it will focus on
our maturing into the realm of the Home we knew before we became Adventurers in
the Jungles of Space and Time. It will provide a look behind the reflection of
what we think we are, to what we might really be, if we choose.
Childcare is available for ages up
to 3 and children’s religious education for preschool through high school runs
concurrent to the adult service.
David Bozek was born in Chicago,
Illinois in 1945, and was raised Roman Catholic. He joined the Army as a combat
medic in 1968, and served in Viet Nam until early 1970. He was awarded 2 Purple
Hearts for Bravery, and the Silver Star for Valor in the Face of the Enemy. He
has a dual major B.A. degree, a Master’s degree in Holistic Nutrition, and was
ordained a minister through Universal Life Ministries. He serves as an Election
Judge and a Notary Public.
