Join the Grayslake Rotary Club and our partner, the Liberty Prairie Foundation, in celebrating our 3rd Annual
Uncorked! Wine Tasting on Friday, March 7, 2014 at the Byron Colby Barn in Prairie Crossing. The tasting will
feature a wide variety of delicious wines for you to sample and order, accompanied by tasty hors d'oeuvres. There will
also be a cash bar offering beer sales for those who prefer hops over grapes. Between tastings, you can listen or dance to
live music from the band 2 Thumbs Up and Medleys in Motion DJ Service, or you can peruse and bid on the great deals
featured in our terrific silent auction. You could also be the lucky one to win cash at our 50/50 raffle. Tickets are
available for $25 per person (over 21 only), include the wine tasting and appetizers, and can be obtained now or at the
door. We welcome your support and participation!
Chartered in 2006, the Grayslake Rotary Club, comprising business professionals and residents of the village of
Grayslake, is proud to provide community service. In keeping with our international motto “Service Above Self”, we are
dedicated to the support of local and international organizations and programs that benefit from our assistance.

100% of the funds raised at Uncorked! will benefit the following programs:
- Local Area Food Pantries
- Grayslake High School Scholarships
- Oasis Grayslake Youth Center
- Polio Eradication Worldwide
In the past, our club has also supported areas affected by tornadoes, hurricanes, and other disasters, and as a club we
will continue to provide humanitarian aid during times of crisis. In addition to our focus charities, our club donated to
Superstorm Sandy relief, Oklahoma and Illinois tornado relief, supported emergency housing for Haitian earthquake and
Philippines typhoon relief, sponsored holiday meals and winter clothing drives for the needy, supported the USMC’s Toys
for Tots program, and volunteered our time and talent at community events including Grayslake Summer Days.

This year’s wine-tasting event is sure to be a fun and rewarding evening for all who attend, and your support will benefit
real needs in the Grayslake community and beyond. Please join us this year at the Byron Colby Barn on March 7th as we
