If you are thinking about returning to school, don't miss the University Center Open House on Thursday, July 12 from 6 - 8 pm at the University Center's Grayslake facility (1200 University Center Drive).  In one visit, you can grab a hot-off-the-press 2012 Program Guide, meet university program representatives, and maybe even win some cash.

The University Center offers more than 100 degree and certificate programs, enabling students to get a major education with only a minor commute.  New programs added for the 2012-13 school year include a BS in Early Childhood Studies with a special education approval from Northern Illinois University, an online MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MA in Differentiated Instruction from Concordia University Chicago.

There are 19 member colleges that offer programs through the University Center at facilities in Grayslake and Waukegan, at Great Lakes Naval Training Center in North Chicago, and via online study.  Representatives will attend the Open House to provide information and answer questions.
