How can you make sure it doesn't all go to waste? 

We searched Pinterest, a popular social networking and idea-sharing website, for some excellent recipes for leftover turkey. Here is what we found:

Here is a really easy-to-put-together recipe that could be perfect for lunch or dinner in the days after Thanksgiving: Buffalo Turkey PizzaAll you need is some ranch or bleu cheese dressing, veggies, your favorite hot sauce, a pizza crust, and, of course, the turkey, according to the What's Cookin': Italian Style Cuisine blog.
