The Grayslake Historical Society is hosting a holiday open house on Sunday, Dec. 8 from 2 to 4 p.m.
Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be at the open house and visitors will be able to check out a vintage sleigh, enjoy holiday treats and participate in children’s crafts.
At 3 p.m., the Warren Alumni Choir will perform.

The Warren Alumni Choir was formed in May of 2013 after discussions between Alan Wojciechowski and Allen Myren—a retired Choral director from Warren Township High School.
The choir is made up entirely of alumni students from Myren’s choirs, throughout the 33 years of his teaching at the Warren. The choir has members ranging from the class of 1973 to the class of 2006.
