Lake Prairie Indian Guides and Princesses to Hold Holiday Party

—Submitted by Lake Prairie Indian Guides and Princesses.

Bury the Grinch! We'll be rockin' on Sunday, Dec. 8 from 1 to 4 p.m. This is for the whole family, and we'll have on-site registration for new members, so bring your friends!

This is a wonderful opportunity to spend some quality time indoors with your family, and for new members to check out the Guides and Princesses and see how awesome the program is. Get ready for games, raffle prizes, two GaGa pits, face painting, free food, the best DJ in Lake County, and a headline act you won’t want to miss!

Santa and his Elves will be visiting. We will have photos being taken by a professional photographer that will available for free download on the Lake Prairie web site. Pinewood Derby cars will be available to purchase, The Patch Store will be selling vests, and Brogans will be there taking patch sewing and embroidery orders.

This year we have three options to give back this season including Bernie's Book Bank, Avon/Libertyville Township Food Drive, and the US Marines Corps Reserve Toys For Tots. The Lake Prairie Indian Guides and Princesses Holiday Party will be held at the College of Lake County (Building 7), located at 19351 West Washington St. in Grayslake. Games, raffle, face painting, DJ and food are from 1- 3 p.m., and the headline act of Smarty Pants is from 3-4 p.m. Check us out on our website at www.lakeprairie.org.
