Grayslake Salutes Our Military January 8, 2012 in Downtown Grayslake. All current military, all Veterans and all military families are welcome, as well as the entire community.
We are all so grateful that the troops are coming home from Iraq and The Oasis and the entire community of Grayslake wants to honor ALL of our current military, Veterans, and their families with a celebration on Sunday, January 8, 2012 from 1 pm to 4 pm in downtown Grayslake. We invite the community to come and join in celebrating the precious freedom we share in our town and our country while honoring our men and women who have provided it over the years.
We will have food, music, games and crafts and information about resources available to all who come. We will be using The Oasis (151 Hawley St), the Grayslake Fire Station and the Grayslake Heritage Center for the celebration. Please mark your calendars, invite those you know, and plan to be there to share in the fellowship that makes Grayslake a wonderful place to live!
