In the linked video, you will see a school board member yelling at a citizen during public comment. Yes, there are other boards just as dysfunctional as the Grayslake D46 BOE. D46 has had board members yelling at each other; employees yelling at citizens making public comment; the Superintendent arguing with members of the public during public comment, but I don't recall board members yelling at the public during public comment yet.
