Like my other blogs, I have seen it all and have seen what works. This time of year many have gained weight or it is decided that it is time NOW to lose the weight/FAT!
Here is what I have seen as a MUST:

-do 60-90min of cardio/exercise a DAY
-don't starve yourself

-don't over eat
-drink water often and about 40-50% of your weight in oz
-don't work too hard at the cardio
-do 1-2 harder days of cardio only
-don't drink calories
-limit sugar and remove sugar dense foods
-plan your food
-plan your exercise
-get accountable with a trainer or friend
