Iva Anderson
Iva Anderson passed away June 28, 2013 at the age of 96.
She was born March 3, 1917 in Hennepin, IL. She was a member of the Ivanhoe Congregational Church.
Iva is survived by her children Donna (Tom) Wachholder and James (Mary Lee) Anderson, her grandchildren Barb (Vern) Law, Tom Wachholder, Mike (Gerrilyn) Wachholder, Mark (Tracy) Anderson, David Anderson, Susan (Ramiro) Berreles, Carol (Robert) Berreles, her great-grandchildren Julianne, Tommy, Kyle, Kim, Mary Jo, John, Jay, Angel, James, Brandon, Autumn, Emily, Cody, Desiree, Jacob, Nickolas, Tiffany, and Heather, and her great-great-granddaughter Melanie.
A visitation is scheduled for Friday July 5, 2013 from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. with a funeral service commencing at 10:30 a.m. at STRANG FUNERAL CHAPEL & CREMATORIUM, 410 E. Belvidere Road, Grayslake,. Conrad Yach
Conrad Yach, a 65-year-old Wildwood resident, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Sunday, June 30, 2013.
He was born in Steven’s Point, WI on June 15, 1948 to the now late Steve and Luella (nee Kropidlowski) Yach. Conrad graduated from Warren Township High School in Gurnee, and worked for Serfilco for nearly 30 years. He enjoyed cooking and fishing, yard work and home improvement, but he especially loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Conrad was the loving father of Scott (Cindy) Yach of Winthrop Harbor, and Michelle (Steve) Rubino of Lighthouse Point, FL, Kaycee (Nick) Hamilton of Lake Villa, and Jennifer (fiancée Shawn Swinden) of Wildwood; the doting grandfather of eight; the dear brother of Darlene (Ron) Riesbeck of Lake Villa; the fond uncle of Robert Riesbeck; and good friend of Sharron (nee Alcock) Yach of Wildwood. His sister Janice Bruner preceded him in death.
