Roger W. McKee, a resident of Grayslake, passed away Thursday Feb. 7, 2013, at the age of 54. He was born March 18, 1958 in Lake Forest to Richard and Audrey McKee. Roger was an employee for Allstate in Northbrook for 32 years. One of his favorite pastimes was snowmobiling. Roger is survived by his wife of 20 years Karen, his siblings Joan Utter, Melinda (Arnie Utke) McKee, Debra (Chester) Oszkandy, Patricia Borgstrom, and Mark McKee, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and a great-nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Audrey McKee. Friends of the family may visit Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013 from 4 to 8 p.m. at STRANG FUNERAL CHAPEL & CREMATORIUM, 410 E. Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday Feb. 13, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the funeral chapel. Internment will be held privately.
