That would be funny if it were less true. Let's try to balance the books on people loosing money....GREAT IDEA!

A. It's losing, not loosing. B. People will gamble whether it's legal or not. Just like they smoke pot whether it's legal or not. Every bar with a machine has been paying out for years to the regulars, so nothing is changed, except that it will be legal, and the state will get paid tax. Same as if we legalized pot, another good idea whose time will come.
