There are too many fitness programs proclaiming quick fixes, diets touting
perfect figures in just days and even doctors accepting astronomical payments
for weight loss programs including drugs and not enough lifestyle counseling for
long term success. Everyone wants a piece of the pie we are obsessed with–the
problem is that WE are the pie!

And those programs are persistent. It does not have to be April Fools Day
for them to provide you with promises most people are ineligible for simply
because the programs are not congruent with a realistic lifestyle.
