Health & Fitness

I fit my smallest customer...

this last Friday nite.  She had a determined look in her eye as she asked to be measured and even though we both knew she was too small for my bras, I matched her earnestness with my own.  You see, at the age of 4, Taylor wanted to be like her mom and receive the respect due her as a young female. She walked away proudly, holding her measurement card for all to see.

My time with Taylor reminded me how important it is that we treat our young ladies with respect, no matter the age or the physical need for support.  Whether they lack a bust line or are overly endowed, girls are especially sensitive to teasing of any kind at this age.  Many of my clients have told me that their self-conscious feelings began as a result of insensitive treatment during these early years.  So, if your daughter mentions that it's time to shop for a bra, it's possible the support may be more for her emotions than her bust line!

If you would like to get your daughter off to the right start, I would be more than happy to offer a free professional fitting.  No purchase required. It will be discreet and respectful.  At the very least she will leave with sizing information and, like Taylor, the special feeling of what it means to be a young woman.  Please call for an appointment at 224-619-7890!
