Crews Search for Man Who Fell Into Lake Marie Near Antioch

Rescue crews from several Lake County towns spent Tuesday evening searching for a man who fell into Lake Marie near Antioch, the Lake County News-Sun reports.
The unidentified man was apparently trying to fix a mechanical problem with the boat when he fell in, Antioch Fire Department spokesman Chris Lienhardt told NBC 5 Chicago news during an interview Tuesday night. NBC 5 Chicago reports that the search has been shifted to recovery mode.
The incident occurred near the Sandbar Bar & Grille, the Lake County News-Sun reports, and rescue boats from Grayslake, Antioch, Fox Lake and the Round Lake area responded to the scene.
