UPDATE: Cause of Round Lake Fire Under Investigation
The CINs dispatch report was sent out shortly before 11 a.m. Monday.
Update, 12:19 p.m.: Round Lake fire officials are still trying to determine the cause of a fire that occurred Monday morning at a home near Lakeshore Drive and Hillcrest Terrace.
Greater Round Lake Fire Protection District Fire Marshal Doug Zeigler said the fire was minor and was confined to a bathroom.
He estimates the damage at "a couple thousand dollars," Zeigler said.

Original story: Firefighters are responding to a report of a fire in Round Lake, according to CINS dispatch reports.
The fire was reported near Lakeshore Drive and Hillcrest Terrace. Smoke was showing. The CINs dispatch report was sent out shortly before 11 a.m.
