Firefighter Blood Drive Challenge Nov. 5
Join with members of the Grayslake Fire Department in giving blood.
Stop by the Grayslake Fire Department Station No.1 tomorrow Nov. 5 to donate blood from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Your donation can save three lives, according to Lifesource, Chicagoland's blood source.
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are preferred. To schedule an appointment, call Ingrid Skidmore at 847-223-8960.
Donors should:

- Eat well - Eat a good meal prior to donating.
- Drink well - Drink a lot of water prior to donating.
- Bring ID - Bring a valid photo ID showing a Social Security number or a drivers license. Proper ID is required to donate blood.
