The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Driving Under the Influence

Antonio D. Rodriguez, 42, of 4236 N. Bloomington Ave., Arlington Heights, was arrested on March 19 for DUI, DUI alcohol over .08, speeding and improper lane usage. He was stopped at the intersection of Rte. 45 and Casey Rd. He was released on a $3,000 pending a court date of April 12.

On March 20, Jesus J. Bautista, 25, of 222 Liberty St., Wauconda, was apprehended at the corner of Washington St. and Hainesville Rd. He was charged with DUI, DUI alcohol over .08, no valid drivers license and improper lane use. He posted a $300 cash bond and has an April 12 court date.

Tina Kidd, 26, of 665 Brittany Sq., Grayslake, was arrested for driving while license revoked, no insurance, DUI alcohol/drugs and speeding. She was stopped by police at the corner of Rte. 83 and Center St. She was released on a $3,000 bond pending an April 12 court date.

On March 22, officers apprehended John C. Hutchinson, 42, of 337 S. Lake St., Grayslake and charged him with DUI, DUI alcohol over .08, no insurance, driving while license suspended, leaving the scene of an accident, trespass on railroad property, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was released on a $3000 bond pending an April 19 court date.

Alex T. Jensen, 18, 306 Sanctuary Ct., Hainesville, was arrested on March 25 for leaving the scene of an accident, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and zero tolerance DUI. He was released by posting his drivers license and has an April 27 court date.

Bomb Threat

A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with making a bomb threat and criminal defacement of property at Grayslake North High School, March 22, and referred to the Depke Juvenile Center.

Battery

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested for battery at Grayslake North High School on March 22 and transported to the Depke Juvenile Center.

On March 26, Jacob W. Smith, 20, 2468 Bridle Ct., Hainesville, was charged with domestic battery. He was transported to Lake County bond court.

Driving Without Valid License

Marcus L. Samuel, 29, 654 Swan Dr., Grayslake, was charged with driving while license suspended after being stopped at Rt. 120 and Atkinson Rd., March 19. He was released on a $1,500 bond pending an April 20 court date.

Tyler D. Martin, 19, 109 E. Main St.., Hainesville, was stopped on March 21 at N. Hainesville Rd. and Rte. 120 and charged with driving while license suspended. He was released on a $1,500 bond pending an April 20, court date.

Miguel A. Baez, 29, 3123 S. Kildeer, Chicago, was stopped at Rte. 120 and N. Battershall Rd., March 27 and charged with driving while license suspended. He was released on a $1500 bond with an April 20 court date.

On March 21, Geoffrey K. Freimark, 37, 405 E. Arbor Cir., Oak Creek, WI, was stopped at Rte. 45 and Washington St., and charged with driving while license revoked. He was served a notice to appear in court on April 20.

Warrant Arrest

Matthew A. Kubiak, 22, 632 Dove Ct., Grayslake, was arrested, March 25, on a Lake County warrant for manufacturing and delivery of cannabis. He was transported to Lake County Jail.
