The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

Michelle L. Miller, 28, of 36163 N. Grandwood Drive, Grayslake, was charged with driving on a suspended license. She was stopped on April 4 near Route 45 and Rollins Road. She was released on $1,500 bond pending a court date of May 18.

ALCOHOL

Cory M. Scholtz, 20, of 213 Branbury Lane, Grayslake, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol by minor, unlawful consumption of alcohol by minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was stopped on March 30 at 426 Rock Hall Circle. He was released on a notice to appear pending a court date of April 20.

Tyler D. Hanna, 18, of 155 S. Seymour Avenue, Grayslake, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by minor. He was stopped on March 30 at 426 Rock Hall Circle. He was released on $120 bond pending a court date of April 20.

 Two 16-year-old juveniles and one 17-year-old juvenile were charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by minor. They were stopped on March 30 at 426 Rock Hall Circle. They were released on a notice to appear pending a court date of April 20.

 Yahaira Rojan, 22, of 725 8th Street, Waukegan, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol over .08, illegal transport of alcohol and improper lane usage. He was stopped on April 2 near Route 45 and Route 120. He was released on $3,000 bond pending a court date of April 26.

Michael W. Dishman, 45, of 431 N. Keswick Court, Round Lake, was charged with driving under the alcohol, DUI alcohol over .08 and improper lane usage. He was stopped on April 3 near Main Street and Route 120. He was released on a $1,000 bond pending a court date of May 3.

 Jose Luis Garcia, 19, of 680 Brittany Square, Grayslake, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol over .08, illegal transport of alcohol, having no valid drivers license and improper lane usage. He was stopped on April 4 near Washington Street and Haryan Way. He was released on $3,000 bond pending a court date of May 30.

DRUGS

Derrick J. Sharp, 25, of 18608 W. Main Street, Hainesville, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was stopped on March 31 at 159 N. Route 45. He was released pending a court date of April 26.

FORGERY

Kristina A. Fyakina, 18, of 1399 Prairie Trail, Grayslake, was charged with forgery, identity theft and theft over $300. She was stopped on March 25 at 1388 Prairie Trail. She was transported to Lake County Bond Court.

Jessica R. Johnson, 18, of 608 Crabtree Court, Lake Villa, was charged with forgery, identity theft and theft over $300. She was stopped on March 25 at 1388 Prairie Trail. She was transported to Lake County Bond Court.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

Ricardo Gonzalez, 50, of 750 Bonnie Brook, Mundelein, was charged with driving on a suspended license and failure to signal. He was stopped on March 29 near Country Drive and Route 120. He was released on a $1,500 bond pending a court date of April 20.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

A 14-year-old juvenile was charged with criminal damage to property. The juvenile was stopped on March 29 at 1335 Churchill Lane. The juvenile was later referred to Teen Court.

CURFEW

A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with curfew violation. The youth was stopped on March 30 at 426 Rock Hall Circle, and later released on a notice to appear pending a court date of April 20.

WARRANT

Nicole J. Hayes, 28, of 248 Parker Drive, Grayslake, was taken into custody on an in-state warrant out of Lake County for unlawful acquisition of controlled substances. She was stopped on March 29 at 248 Parker Drive. Bail was set at $25,000, 10 percent applies. She was transported to the Lake County Jail.
