Grayslake Police Blotter

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

DUI

Lisa Lehman, 25, of 33692 N. Greentree Rd., Wildwood, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, having no valid registration and improper lane usage. She was stopped on April 12 near N. Rout 45 and W. Deerpath Road. She was released on a $1,000 bond pending a court date of May 3.

Evelyn Paulin, 42, of 36404 N. Grandwood Dr., Grayslake, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol. She was stopped on April 12 near Route 120 and E. Main Street in Hainesville. She was released on $1,000 pending a court date of May 3.

Maria D. Brito, 23, of 553 N. Midlothian Rd., Mundelein, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol over .08 and improper lane usage. She was stopped on April 16 near Chesapeake Blvd. and Washington Street. She was released on $1,000 bond pending a court date of May 9.

Manuel Garcia, 36, of 11 Cedar Ct., Vernon Hills, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, having no valid drivers license, disobeying a traffic control device and improper lane usage. He was stopped on April 17 near Route 120 and Kerry Way. He was released on $3,000 bond pending a court date of May 18.

Assault/Battery

Emmanuel Ochoa, 18, of 505 Woodmoor Dr., Grayslake, was charged with assault and disorderly conduct. He was stopped on April 12 at 1925 N. Route 83. He was released on a notice to appear pending a court date of May 18.

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with assault and disorderly conduct. The juvenile was stopped on April 12 at 1925 N. Route 83, and was released on a notice to appear pending a court date of May 18.

Two 14-year-old juveniles were charged with battery and disorderly conduct. They were stopped on April 12 at 1925 N. Route 83. They were referred to Depke Juvenile Center.

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with illegal possession of alcohol and illegal consumption of alcohol. The juvenile was stopped on April 12 at 1925 N. Route 83 and released on April 18 on a notice to appear.

Jeffrey S. Tourek, 52, of 740 Fieldale Ln., Grayslake, was charged with battery. He was stopped on April 12 near Washington Street and Fieldale Lane. He was released on a notice to appear pending a court date of May 18.

Gregorz Wisniewski, 27, no known address available, was charged with battery and criminal damage to property.  He was stopped on April 16 at 125 Center Street. He was released on a notice to appear pending a court date of May 25.

Antonio D. Buford, 29, of 670 Indian Spring Ln., Buffalo Grove, was charged with battery and criminal damage to property.  He was stopped on April 16 at 125 Center Street. He was released on a notice to appear pending a court date of May 25.

Warrant

Thomas J. Eslinger, 41, of 306 Woodland Dr., Grayslake, was taken into custody on an in-state warrant for violating an order of protection.  He was stopped on April 13 at 10 Seymour Avenue. He was released on $2,000 pending a court date of May 2.

Nicholas K. Lam, 18, of 1919 Country Dr., Grayslake, was taken into custody on an in-state warrant for failure to appear on domestic battery and bodily harm. He was stopped on April 17 at 1919 Country Drive. He was released on $2,575 cash bond pending a court date of May 10.

Suspended License

Olivia M. Trevino, 18, of 1419 Park Dr., Round Lake Beach, was charged with driving on a suspended license, having no insurance and improper lane usage. She was stopped on April 17 near Route120 and Kerry Way. She was released on $2,000 bond pending a court date of May 18.

Improper Lane Usage

Raymundo Rios-Rosario, 18, of 1402 Maple Dr., Round Lake Beach, was charged with having no valid driver's license and improper lane usage. He was stopped on April 17 near Routes 83 and 120.  He was released on $150 cash pending a court date of May 18.
