Grayslake Police Blotter: Drugs, DUI, Trespass

Recent arrests made from the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department.

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Drugs

James F. Foley, 26, of 1008 Barberry Lane, Round Lake Beach, was charged Sept. 29 with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at E. Route 120 and N. Route 45. He was released on a $1,200 I-bond pending an Oct. 22 court date.

Jimmy Aldana, 22, of 595 E. London, Round Lake Beach, was charged Sept. 27 with unlawful possession of marijuana 30 grams or less and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at E. Washington Street and N. Route 83. He was also charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license and improper lighting for having one headlamp. He was released on a notice to appear in court Oct. 17.

DUI

Jeffrey M. Sheridan, 42, of 854 W. Everette Rd., Lake Forest, was charged Sept. 29 with driving under the influence of alcohol at Crisfield and Belle Haven drives. He was also charged with improper lane usage, making an improper turn and failure to properly adjust and fasten his seat belt. He was released on a $1,000 I-bond pending an Oct. 16 court date.

Traffic

Jason Rivera, 28, of 1601 Goldenrod Terrace, Round Lake Beach was charged Sept. 30 with driving with a suspended or revoked license and disobeying a traffic control device at 115 S. Route 83. He was released on a $1,500 I-bond pending an Oct. 17 court date.

Trespass

Eloy Gonzalez, 18, of 306 W. Crystal St., Mundelein, was charged Sept. 28 with criminal trespass to land, resisting/obstructing a peace officer and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor at 1807 Country Dr. He was released on a notice to appear in court Oct. 17.
