The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE

Marco A Cadena, 30, of 5418 Hillside Drive, McHenry, was charged with having no insurance and having suspended registration. He was stopped on Feb. 5 near Washington Street and N. Atkinson Road. He was released on a $3,000 Ibond pending a court date of March 16.

Michael S. Frankel, 50, of 1408 Kenmore Street, Grayslake, was charged with driving on a suspended license. He was stopped on Feb. 5 near Hainesville Road and Washington Street. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a court date of March 16.

Jose G. Amador, 52, of 545 Grandview Drive, Grayslake, was charged with driving on a suspended license. He was stopped on Jan. 27 near Route 120 and Alleghany Road. He was released on $150 cash bond pending a court date of Feb. 16.

Cris A. Pappas, 30, of 109 E. Washington Street, Grayslake, was charged with driving on a suspended license and improper lane usage. He was stopped on Jan. 29 near Atkinson Road and Washington Street. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a court date of Feb. 23.

Shawn Patrick Hill, 41, of 7081 Maxwell Point, Homosassa, Florida, was charged with driving on a revoked license. He was stopped on Jan. 27 near Rollins Road and Route 83. He was released on $1,500 Ibond pending a court date of Feb. 16.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Kevin L. West, 50, of 9120 Bentley Lane, Spring Grove, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. He was stopped on Jan. 30 near Routes 45 and 120. He was released on $3,000 bond pending a court date of Feb. 22.

 DRUGS

Elizabeth C. Morris, 22, of 4461 Longmeadow Drive, Gurnee, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. She was stopped on Jan. 28 at 1910 Country Drive. She was released on $120 pending a court date of Feb. 23.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Leon R. Hudson, 25, of 365 Neville Drive, Grayslake, was taken into custody on an in-state warrant for failure to appear on domestic battery. He was stopped on Feb. 4 at 365 Neville Drive. Bond was set at $25,000 10 percent applies. He was taken to the Lake County Court pending a court date of Feb. 21.

Mariano Barrios, 25, of 386 Moore Court, Grayslake, was charged with domestic battery. He was stopped on Jan. 24 at 386 Moore Court. He was transported to Lake County Bond Court.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Rocco J. Militello, 53, of 1331 Carriage Lane, Grayslake, was charged with disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to property and resisting a peace officer.  He was stopped on Jan. 29 at 129 Center Street. He was released on $1,500 pending a court date of Feb. 28.

Carl L. Sherboff, 46, of 1778 Fair Port Drive, Grayslake, was charged with disorderly conduct. He was stopped on Jan. 29 at 1773 Fair Port Drive. He was released on a notice to appear pending a court date of Feb. 16.

WARRANT

Darlene J. Biggs, 67, of 17847 W. Cheyenne Court, Grayslake, was taken into custody on an in-state warrant for deceptive practice. She was stopped on Jan. 28 near Washington Street and Route 83. Bond was set at $5,000 bond, 10 percent applies. She was transported to the Lake County Jail.

James J. Tarsio, 40, of 303 Park Avenue, Grayslake, was taken into custody on an in-state warrant for domestic battery. He was stopped on Jan. 30 at 303 Park Avenue. He was released on $200 cash bond pending a court date of Feb. 15.
