Grayslake Police Blotter: Battery, Theft

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the . Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Rebecca C. Petreski, 28, of 216 West Forest Ave #305, Round Lake, was charged with driving on a suspended license. She was stopped on Dec. 30 near Routes 120 and 45. She was released on bond pending a court date of Jan. 18.

Damian E. Underwood, 34, of 1740 North Linder, Chicago, was charged with driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and having expired registration. He was stopped on Dec. 24 near Route 120 and Harris Drive. He was released on a $2,000 recognizance bond pending a court date of Jan. 18.

Eduardo V. Chiquini, 26, of 325 Stafford Drive, Mundelein, was charged with driving on a suspended license. He was stopped on Dec. 23 near Route 120 and Lake Street.  He was released on a $1,500 bond pending a court date of Jan. 18.

Noe Hernandez-Basilo, 23, of 1319 Maple Drive, Round Lake Beach, was charged with having no valid drivers license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, having an unlawful number of passengers, and failure to secure a front seat passenger between 8 – 16 years old in a seatbelt. She was stopped on Dec. 21 near Route 120 and Garfield Blvd. She was released on a $2,000 recognizance bond pending a court date of Jan. 18.

Sarah R. Wisniewski, 22, of 523 West Park Ave., Libertyville, was charged with driving on a suspended license and making an improper turn at an intersection. She was stopped on Dec. 21 near Route 45 and Center Street. She was released on a $1,500 bond pending a court date of Jan. 18.

BATTERY

Kyle R. Smith, 54, of 375 South Lake Street, Grayslake, was taken into custody on a warrant for failure to appear for battery. He was stopped on Dec. 23 at 143 Center Street. He was taken to the Lake County Jail.

THEFT

Raymond L. Fears, 42, of 1716 13th Street, Waukegan, was charged with retail theft. He was stopped on Dec. 23 at 51 Center Street. He was released on $1,000 recognizance bond pending a court date of Jan. 16.

Lisa M. Damron, 44, of 43002 Lake Avenue, Antioch, was charged with retail theft. She was stopped on Dec. 20 at 295 North Rte. 45. She was released pending a court date of Jan. 11.
